Using only two values

Using only two values, the number of the Prime number and a simple number and taking of any two neighbouring simple number, I will show you how complex the problem of distribution of Prime numbers, can be solved by using only three arithmetic operations. And so:
The number of Prime numbers in an interval
 
( ≈ ) is equal to the difference between primes
 Error of calculation of changes sign and a value depending on the value of
